Total absolute elevation gain/delta — 2100 ft. / 640 meters.
Total cumulative elevation gain/delta — 3230 ft / 985 meters.
Starts on the elevation 3500 ft / 1066 meters and ends on 5400 ft / 1646 meters.Moderate hiking, all the way raising up; and some climbing that I did off the trail near/above Lower Crystal Lake up to 5600 ft / 1707 meters (see the top most spike on the trail diagram) to make some more inspirations and some panoramic photos.Mostly shaded as trail passes upon the forested slope.Seasonal camp on Lower Crystal Lake — in May it is still snow there.In the May trail is still covered by snow on the elevation higher than 5000 ft, about the last quarter of the distance up.Crystal Peak (6595 ft / 2100 meters) trail splits from that trail at the half distance to Lower Crystal Lake.
